Hey, @IamSagittare! Would you mind if I tweak the values a bit and put the result in the Steam workshop?
If you want a custom command limit you can quite easily make a tiny mod yourself, just copy the files from my mod and edit with a text editor as you like. The Stellaris mod location (to put said tinymod in) is C:\Users\*user*\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod. The location of the files of this mod are *steamlibrary*\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\2152325792.
You can even upload that to the workshop through the Stellaris launcher if you feel like.
