We all owe @jeb a debt of gratitude. Creating soldiers for my character pool is so much less of a hassle now. Wonderful mod. Thanks!

So can you now select a torso for Anarchy's Children, and then still have access to other cosmetics? Or does this just fix the preview portion?

Just finished a campaign with about 685 mods, this one included, and had no major issues! Thanks for putting this up.

@Dragon32 I guess it was implemented to prevent parts that clip or otherwise don't look good together from mixing. It makes sense in terms of stuff like preventing a soldier from having a cigarette prop stick out of the bandanna that covers their face.

If you have an Anarchy's Children torso and normal arms it does look kind of weird. So in order to prevent newly generated characters from having a hodgepodge mix of parts they made it so equipping the Anarchy's Children torso forces the arms and legs to match.

This would be fine if it was only for new soldiers and didn't carry over to the customization screen. And now that there's a billion cosmetic mods the whole idea of randomly generated characters looking normal has gone out the window regardless. I'm working on a mod that fixes that problem, so stay tuned.

Thanks so much for creating this mod. Never though someone will make mod based on my suggestion on reddit!

Thanks for this, jeb. As EvilPoygons says this has been an annoyance for a while.

As these SetNames can be removed with no ill effects do you know why they were used in the first place? Is there any benefit they bring?

@EvilPolygons Adding or removing the mod mid-campaign won't cause any issues. It's safe to use with mods that add additional Anarchy's Children customization options. I'm not aware of any mods that rely on the Anarchy's Children SetNames behavior in order to work as expected, so there shouldn't be any compatibility problems.

@Tully No problem. I'm subscribed to like 20 of your mods, thanks for contributing so much extra content.

That's been a pet peeve of mine for so long.
This should be safe to add mid-campaign, right?
Are there any possible compatibility issues with other mods?

I was wondering why my character's outfits would suddenly change if i was scrolling through my torso piece list. Thanks for this.
