Hey man I was thinking of making a OWB submod for the PSH would it be fine if I used this mod as a base?

Found and major glitch when founding food commission, the "Return of the food commission" wont recognize the national spirit, locking you from finishing and perminently reducing your stats.

I'm in love with this mod, have had a great time playing it as well. I've noticed a small bug though. Whenever you recruit a commander, there's a chance it'll have one or more of the traits MacArthur, Crazy Horse, and Bill have. Additionally, this could be the case for every other nation, but I'm not sure. Regardless, I appreciate your work and look forward to what you have in store for this mod.

The mod is great! please add patch notes for every update, it's fun to read what's been changed or added.
