It was designed to be not less than 1.5 years, so it is definitely a bug
It was hard to balance things, and after that - Shiro changed balance 3-5 times, so...
A.I. is really tough in this, not necessarily a bad thing since NG A.I. is too easy, thanks again!
Regarding single player: bots are cheating, cause it is hard to make them work toward commercial victory without commercial victory, so I had to voluntarily give them influence. I was able to beat bots on multiple occasions, though i do not replay it every patch.
So if bots are cheating too much, send me screenshot them winning, so I'll think about some nerfs.
Can you tell me which way Bots are winning usually? So I can investigate myself.
Also, today huge patch was released. I'm not sure how it will change balance of that particular setup, may be you should try and see if you better than AI in new circumstances.

Yeah, if there is a bit struggle to get hold on island even for you, guess how hard for AI to (re)take it from you when you settle properly. Did you try VS other experienced Raven players?

This last patch added so much functionality we can really forgive devs for current situation, especially due to how many (or actually how few) people are left to support us.
Rest are making Darksburg ATM.
Its a big shame, ive just recently got back into Northguard and was hoping to try some of the tasty mods floating around.
Hopefully the devs fix it soon, no point having mods if no one can play them properly XD
Cannot recommend any solution for the time being. May be play more Conquest :)

Yeah, sorry, this is so intended i cant move it. Idea is to change typical build where one is either mining iron for Warchief+Relic / Tools or mining stone for particular set of upgrades. If deposits will be split it will be the same as normal game.

Yep, known issue, it was working for Singleplayer, but with Multiplayer support now it doesnt. Reason is Northgard objectives have tons of bugs. This is one of them. I hope Devs are on it, and we will see update one day.

I really like that you created the scout camp at the start, and showed the nearest island as explored.
This is a wonderful mod, even if it is a little rough around the edges. I think it does a great job showcasing what Northgard's mod feature is capable of. And, it is inspiring to think of similar mods. Thank you so much for creating this.
So far Singleplayer mode worked good, and I play it myself at least once per week.

Sure, map has some planned features, that were postponed until Map/Script Editor will grow a bit and we can start writing actual code instead of tons of workarounds!
