it should probably work standalone - i dont think anything is tied to smolvali specifically. the only thing you'll need is a nanoloom/lathe

does this mod require the smol avali?
would it not also work with Smol Kobold?
kinda want some outfits for the little guys, tho i am planning on making some custom ones.

yes, the smol avali are a separate race to the regular avali.
the race mod was originally made by wasabi_raptor

theyre just a resprite, done by wasabi_raptor, but have very slightly different FR effects
essentially, this is how small avali should be, but ryu kept them human-sized for mod parity
