The hud I used in the video was called ET:QW hud, and as for the kicking. It was called the TFA kick mod.

And also responding the the previous comment, Thanks man. I didn't know Dan's Gun was on SFM, I only checked the Garry's Mod Workshop, maybe i'll try and make a weapon using the model but I've only recently started to use blender and I don't actually know how to rig bones yet.
