Yes for now this mod works. I will be the guy to say this as a warning for the future. I think this mod that is near unbreakable. Might end up breaking in the next version and DLC. As they will be changing the Faction system entirely, and in-turn might change the gamerule system for factions. So this might break or become redundant. And I for one, am going to be upset if it breaks because of Paradox.

Please update this mod, it says it needs version 1.9 of HOI4 to work.

It doesnt seem to work with Old World Blues, nothing will appear in the decisions tab.

But you could do this in base game, kinda useless

@lcsfrst2000 You can try these steps when you have problems with descriptor files of mods you've been already subscribed to:

Troubleshooting:
Unsubscribe from "Create Factions = Yes Decision" in Steam Workshop
Go to your mod folder (eg. ...\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod)
look for "ugc_2100768577.mod" and delete that file
Resubscribe to "Create Factions = Yes Decision" and wait for it to download
Activate "Create Factions = Yes Decision" for HOI4 and play

if all else fails, go to your equivalent of C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\394360 and delete the folder "2100768577" (this will force steam to re-download the mod)
