absolutely useless asset. it's a 4 lane road at the size of an 8 lane road.

Could you make an asymmetrical variant of this, 2 on one side, 3 on the other by removing the side parking spaces to make room? Thats the only road variant I would love so I can make turning lanes but the only assets I can find of such don't have this narrow design and instead pop out rather fat with unnecessary mediums that don't blend with any other road asset well.

My favourite road

I could never get 16m roads to work 100% perfectly, even with heavy anarchy and zone control, unless I was giving up on zoneable tiles and filling them with greenspace, filler, sidewalks, or ploppables.

Does the Optimal Square Grid Calculus work with zonable non-standard road lengths though? Expect to have gaps in your zoned areas... The game is based on 12u (96m)-based grids, so maybe a 48m road can still scale, but I haven't done the math...

@Jakubesko Is 32m wide enough to do that, though? When I want that I use a 48m road so they can pull off completely: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1903378494

@me22ca Its great, when traffic stops by buildings and they are stopping on pavement and dont block the traffic

@me22ca. Lots of cities has this type of road. So it's really a good addition to your list.

I guess it makes sense to have this for completeness, but I'm not sure why one would bother using it when a 6-lane with parking fits in the same 32m.
