If you have all the assets you want, there is a theme manager mod that allows you to choose buildings that will spawn in a district or the whole city.

Its call "Building Themes" if memory serves.

I think packs are a great idea. But they do not work well when creating a style. The style will only pick one of the buildings the rest will give an error of missing in the style.

RICO?

If you have more than one model and you want to make a pack, you have to choose on e of them in the content manager, click on share, it will open a new window. on the left side on the right bottom is a folder icon. Click on it and it will open your explorer. You can see one folder with the name "content" and an image file. You have to put all the assets you want to use for a pack, from your local assets folder into the content folder. If you made a nice workshop image for that pack you should replace the Previewimage file with your image file. The file name must be "PreviewImage". Then you need to click in the game menu on "publish" thats it.
