I though it would transition into the skins.

I've had problems with this too. I ended up letting the slider pick whatever it wanted and them going to the Graph Editor, I lowered/raised the body/skin keyframe which changes the body/skin again but this time will remain the one you stop it on. The lines in the Graph might mess them up slightly when it animates so I changed the Tangent to Step.
I'm still new to SFM, I don't know how helpful this advice will be.

some times it breaks when you remove the ik chain
and its really broken since if you add it again, it thinks its the 1st one instead of the new one, but the 1st one disappeared but it still thinks its there

To be able to use it, you're gonna have to MANUALLY move the .py file from \SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop\scripts\sfm to \SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop\scripts\sfm\animset, I hope for those that can't use this even though they're subscribed to it this helps.

Yeah, you have to use the graph editor. The sliders never work unfortunately.

It's a script You have to load it onto the model just like any script.

If sliders won`t move with mouse , set number in it (double-click)

Maybe it's just me, but when I use this with the graph editor it gets all buggy n' such, but when I use it in the motion editor it works fine without issues. From personal experience I'd say only use it in the motion editor.
