as you said, there was twice toggle in the logic!
I've added refuel & recharge port at both side of bulges.
Regarding AP, I think I should add to the NAV SEL a direct input from keyboard.

Great looking plane. Took her out for a flight around the Stormworks world tonight. I have a few observations. As some other folks have mentioned, while the AP seemed to work, it was a bit wonky changing and adding waypoints mid-flight. How do you refuel? I also noticed what seemed like some faulty logic in the overhead light switched. It seemed they had to be toggled twice to take affect.

Ok, please check "waypoint manager" in my description.
You have to input waypoint also in the manager and set navigation selector "NAV"

when I turn heading mode on, It wants to go to 0, 0. just realized today why it was doing that. Also, beside the brake settings on the display and the number key 4 brakes, is there anything else that could be causing the wheels to stop spinning?

Airdrop amphibious vehicle or micro submarine would be useful. Because it's a landplane and it can transport land vehicles on ground. But water vehicles requires airdrop because it's not a seaplane.

number of controls or electricity connection may cause fatal effect to game performances, so It can be improved by deleting some lines of sliding connector grippers! thankyou

Great plane, but requires powerful cpu to run at 60 physics fps (probably because of large number of pivots, tracks and pistons..etc).
