If you're not already using it the Alternate Mod Launcher makes it really easy to find mods' config files.

And if all else fails I've had a rebuild of this and Uzume's packs on my to-do list for a while now and this ought to push me to just get it done.

Try unsubscribing and resubscribing, it's working fine on my end and I haven't updated it since I first released it. It's possible your copy got corrupted somehow and that should force your game to download a clean copy.
