For those people that want to play the proper game. After 4 days pressure the developers have unlocked career mode again. Start in classic career. Take this boat out and try your best. The is enough room to add first person tool storage. You start with 5 points research and have to grow the boat technology. You will get basic sensors by about the second mission to hook up to dashboard displays.

With the release of version 1.0, this boat is no longer relevant, because all the details are available from the very beginning. Recommend a more advanced version of this boat:

Although I still think this is the best advanced start boat. I think the logic could be simplified into one or two controllers. A case where the logic is too complicated is fuel tank chip SUMM 14 NUMBER. It uses what 14 add nodes to total fuel. This could be just 2 FX nodes. It is only an aesthetic choice to make it easier to reprogram logic later.

Still using this excellent boat. Recently used in a hardcore play through. Had to put in a trim fin to keep the nose down to allow better first person view. Although it reduced performance I think. Still find that this boat is quite useful even late into the campaign.

Like it. However it needs a cheaper version to start the career. This design will not work at the start of a career due locked technology. It needs a lower tech version with display systems removed.
