you desperately need to buff this character, they have so much potential ruined by having zero kill moves and no range

The second hit of the shorthop version of fair has trouble connecting, at least for me

Does Niku actually ever show up? I don't ever see them, just Piku...

Looks great so far! The animations are very well done and I like the unique run. Balancing suggestion wise, I feel Ftilt and Nair have too much end lag, and Dair has far to little. Also, I feel Bair's hitbox should be moved lower, Fair's should be shrunken vertically, and Up air's being constant and all emcompasing doesn't feel right. Also, I'm having trouble finding use for the specials, though I assume Niku will have something to do with them. Other than those nitpicks, absolutely solid job! Can't wait to see those alts and what Niku adds to the table!
