Faralda is a vanilla character and should be easily found at the dorms where they give you a bed. She does tend to roam between floors a bit though and can be a pain to catch.

That's normal in skyrim. It's called "Race to Scale" and it's part of every piece of furniture that an NPC uses. By default it's enabled on these items and it allows the character regardless of their height to scale in size up/down to match the item they're using. The character (Faralda) is tall by default and will likely scale to the size required by the workbench or bed or chair to make their using it not look weird. This is not something related to this mod though.

Does she have a Gray face? That would be disappointing. I did export everything.

her face is a different shade and she is taller than most of the other elves, I did like her new outfit
