I am not able to update this mod, it creates an entirely new one instead, so I'll leave the new one up for you guys. Here is the link https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1806440626

@Osmodius - Apparently a lot of mods have been broken by a workshop update. If you want to fix it, just re-upload the same mod files under a new version. The workshop busted.
Bruchko 3.6.2019 klo 18.04
It done broke.
Deathhead 30.5.2019 klo 11.18
the problem is that the the descriptiuon of your mod says 0 mb size if you change it it chould work but i dont know how and how it was changed :D
Osmodius  [tekijä] 26.5.2019 klo 17.13
@Gravemind Definitely sounds like a Steam problem then.
Gravemind 25.5.2019 klo 11.17
@Osmodius
Must've been to either Skyrim or the workshop itself for random mods to be 0.000mb.
Nexus mods work at least. SKSE is broken altogether too.
Osmodius  [tekijä] 25.5.2019 klo 5.05
@Gravemind Not sure. Haven't been involved with modding for a long time. Was there a recent update to Skyrim?
Gravemind 19.5.2019 klo 0.06
Why's this broken now? A lotta other mods just fuckin' crunched and broke lately. This is one of 'em too now

Something Fierce 22.1.2017 klo 14.50
what are the differences between this and v1?
Captain Reily 3.11.2016 klo 19.34
@Osmodius, On Xbox One, there aren't many limits minus blatant copyright and NSFW stuff. External resources are available. Even if it's not exactly the same as this, Skyrim does desperately need improved ice textures. You could probably do something with it, but obviously time and whatnot is a factor. If you do look into it, im sure a lot of console players would be glad to see it.
Osmodius  [tekijä] 3.11.2016 klo 19.07
@Based Sarg
Don't get your hopes up, as I'm not sure what the limitations are to console modding yet.
Captain Reily 1.11.2016 klo 0.18

Hunting For Tea 21.9.2015 klo 12.50

@Krajacek
Works fine with snow mods.
Krajacek 7.4.2015 klo 15.54
nice mod, this doesn't conflict with any of the improved snow mods does it? 3 thumbs up! =)
Ceiis 8.2.2015 klo 23.04
Thanks for the update Osmodius!
Osmodius  [tekijä] 8.2.2015 klo 5.29
Updated the textures with a less saturated look and optimized the normal map to reduce file size by 25% without losing quality.
Osmodius  [tekijä] 8.2.2015 klo 5.27
@sePL80
You have to choose one or the other.
sePL80 22.1.2015 klo 2.30
So...should I only this mod and don´t load "Real Glaciers Remastered"?
Coley! 18.1.2015 klo 17.19

PantsAreAnOption 14.12.2014 klo 6.07
would love to see a "white version" of this mod <3
not that i dont like it but I'd prefer the glaciers to go better with snow colorwise
DracoMagpie 13.12.2014 klo 4.29
I think it would funny if your character could slip and slide on this ice if you go too fast
Archias ℞ 12.12.2014 klo 5.50
This is awesome. Especially with a vibrant ENB.
NaughtiusMaximus 9.12.2014 klo 22.56
Yeah the original was more realistic in color in general however this mod add's much better looking texture to them.
"Chepo kan jy sokkie?" 4.12.2014 klo 1.15

Wow
Storm[HUN] 1.10.2014 klo 17.02
Regarding how realistic it is: I've seen glaciers up close and have been walking down on one, so I'm talking from first hand experience:

While the clear blue glaciers this mod adds do exist, others are just as white, smudgy and opaque as the originals in the game. Actually, some look like pressed snow rather than ice. So both the original textures and the ones in this mod are realistic in their own way.

In the Indian Himalayas (Ladakh, Kashmir, Zanskar, etc.) where I've been I've only seen the smudgy, dirty white ones that look like the original textures rather than the mod's textures.
myoukei 28.9.2014 klo 14.54
so very blue! instead of ice it sort of looks like a gemstone...
DaxIncarnate 26.9.2014 klo 18.05
Visually these are gorgeous on their own - but when paired with white snow they look too blue and glittery....
imperialguy3 14.9.2014 klo 23.12
Not sure if the texturing is entirely life accurate, but I dont care! Everythings fantastic and really improves the winter environment!
---Beast--- 9.9.2014 klo 7.02
thanks
bigwhitewerewolf 1.9.2014 klo 13.05
Looks like the real thing. 5 stars!
Osmodius  [tekijä] 6.8.2014 klo 18.01
@cateater
You have to choose one or the other my man.
CoolNatu 5.8.2014 klo 7.53
Just to Clearify for Osmodius, if you ever see a real glacier they are very blue just like in the mod. btw do I get both glacier v2 and remastered together???
DickMilk 5.8.2014 klo 4.35
Good stufF!
FightClub1999 26.7.2014 klo 22.24
awesome texture but the texture would be better if it didnt go so far up the mountain and stayed on the ice fields. possibly too blue. nice job though
