It should now always load after the actual race mods, Starbound and it's load orders can be a ♥♥♥♥♥ sometimes.

Started a Fresh universe, using this with just Indix installed. All the FU BYOS patches. But I claimed the vanilla ship and the Guide books still do not show up in the locker. Oh well, shockingly the Race items show up in BYOS even without this mod installed.
