@Awsome_Has_Arrived No. It needs to have a compatability patch. There is a patch available for the iNeed mod available on Skyrim Nexus.

Is this compatable with Ineed? I know that if Ineed doesn't reconise something, it lets you chose food/drink/ and stuff like that..So should I use this version or the vanilla?

ah the nexus one works then? ok. it was the steam workshop one that i kept trying to get access to. havent decided if im going to go with nexus and skyui and skse yet. just atm sticking with workshop stuff till i get this gamming itch scratched.

@nora300 I included a link to the vanilla version of this mod for those who do not have the Realistic Needs and Diseases. However, if you are interested in getting RND, I just checked pereid's link: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/26228/? It is valid. You may want to try it again. As the site was down for maintenance today.

there is a problem with the link you give us. it leads to the other mod with the same name by you just with vanilla in the end of the name. when i manually search up the title i find the one you talk about yet when i click it when from steam workshop or pereid's workshop page it comes up with an error, either it was taken down or put on private. any clues to this?

@Spesh You might want to check for an RND update, I am fairly certain that Perseid9 has included all of the Hearthfire foods now. Might want to double check on that.

would it be possible to change all the hearthfire foods to be compatible with RND? it always irritated me that i cant eat dumplings and the like

Yes. Realistic Needs and Diseases is actually one of the master files for this esp plugin.

by "This also requires perseid9's mod: Realistic Needs and Diseases" does it absolutly need it to run, or can it work without it?
