Novocanine 6000 is probably base (standart value, which you can see in your inventory of every item , but every merchant gives a quite rip off on the top of this base price (about another 100% or so ... if you have enchants and high (80) level speechcraft then you can have it for 6000 =D

I managed to buy it off of Farengar. But for me the price was 9401 septims. Not 6000.Just letting you know.

You probably don't have the .esp enabled. If you do, and it's still not working, try "buying" the tome from Farengar and cheat yourself 6k using the "player.additem f 6000" command. Or use the money you've earned fair and square. Either way works.

Im having trouble. I used the Help "Conjure dragon" command to get the book but all that comes up is conjure dragonling. Any ideas?

-You need to have rongphale's Command Dragon mod in order to have full control over the dragon's movements (otherwise you are limited to the vanilla way of moving around, which is strictly fast travel and lots of loading screens)
-You also need the Dragonborn DLC for the Bend Will Shout, which is what enables you to control/mount the dragon in the first place. Without this Shout, there is no way (that I know of) to mount and control the dragon.

In other words, without the Dragonborn DLC, this mod will still work, but you will not get the full experience of it, as it was specifically designed so you could summon a dragon at will to fly on. The dragon WILL fight for you, however, you will not be able to mount it/control it at all without the Dragonborn DLC.

Because the model for the dragon was from the Dragonborn DLC. I think. If you want to try using the mod without the Dragonborn DLC, go ahead, and let me know if it works. Because I'm not entirely sure that the DLC requirement needs to be there.

Yes, thats the mod I'm currently using! It's fantastic, I've rarley had problems with it.

I would recommend getting a hold of Rongphale's Command Dragon mod that allows realtime fast traveling on dragonback. You open up the map, click on a location as if you were going to fast travel there, and then sit back and watch as your dragon flies you around Skyrim. Or you could manually control the dragon, but I've never gotten it to work for me.

Indeed. For someone using a fast-travel disabler having a dragon to taxi you around is a life-saver.

I think it's because the model I used comes from the Dragonborn files, but it's also because of the Bend Will shout. I guess technically, it's not required, but I figured it would be better to be safe than sorry and post a warning.

Yeah, it took God knows how man hours for me to make this. Since a "conjure Dragon" spell didn't exist in the game, I had to sort of reverse engineer it by making a custom conjuring spell. Also adding the fact that I haven't used Creation Kit in months, it would take a couple days to remember how to work it and make it from scratch.

if it is too dificult then dont bother. i only thought that it would be cool to have a legendary dragon on my side but now that i think about it your idea seems like a better one, giving one dragon all the power and it would be nice to see just a regular dragon rather than all just legendary dragons.

1. yeah thats actually a good idea, i never though of it.
2. i hate fighting the legendary dragons because im now level 153 and pretty much invincible and fighting the legendary dragons is both a reminder of how powerful yet boring i have become and annoying because im trying to go all sneaky once in my life and they come out of no where and ruin everything, true they have cool loot but well yeah, nuff said.

And just out of curiousity, why would you hate fighting legendary dragons? That's about the only thing left for me to do XD.

Sorry, no. In the Creation Kit, there's only one "Dragon" model and it's this one (unless you count Alduin, and tons of people have made "summon alduin" mods). I can't really do anything with custom textures, but if you want, I might be able to change the list of powers said dragon model has to replicate the powers of certain dragons (i.e use this dragon model, but give it frost powers to replicate a Frost Dragon). So in the end, they would all look the same, but have the power of the different kinds of dragons.

can you add other spell tomes so i can summon different types of dragons coz i hate having to fight the legendary dragons and i thought it would be cool to sumon one for you.
