i think this needs updated with this on it pops up tons of blank window when time advaces and still dos it with only this is mod on

I haven't been able to test it lately, unfortunately. I'm hoping to have someone actively working on it so I can step off or maybe focus on one thing.

I don't know currently, haven't had stellaris installed to check, but feel free to try and report if it does, I'll update it should it not work.

you don't need it since the crisis manager has the option to make constructors expand quicker or even build starbases without constructors.

this part of crisis manager one of the most important in my opinion, because without it crisis expand very slow
