this is some of the most overpowered fun ive had in a while, just a few things i think need changes

-why does down air have no hitlag?
-why does down b exsist?
-i think neutral b ice crashes the game since theres no animation when the ice breaks
-is neutral b supposed to be random in what effect it gives? cause for some reason its determined by what alt you use? like what?

Pretty good move set, but some parts are broken, like jab spam can basically give opponents instant 64%+ damage

This character needs a bit of balancing. For starters, his up air has no knockback growth, so it chains into itself like 5-8 times at any percentage. Also the down b's hit box is active too long/ might be too big. I can start it and have an enemy walk into me and get hit sometimes.

great character! Only problem I have is that I never use ROA's dedicated strong button cause I use the smash bros syled strong attacks, and that makes it really hard to pull off the side special Parakoopa shell

There is currently a glitch that sometimes has the Ice Magic crash the game when it's target breaks out of it. This is something I do not think I can fix. I think its the game itself
