This has quickly become one of my favorite and most used assets on my current build. LOVE these for in fill in suburban downtowns and edges of the city proper. Really good work!

hi i've this asset error with theLoadingScreenMod on your asset, is this a problem? "Invalid LOD texture size 124 x 124"
