@AvangionQ they stated that "THIS CHARACTER IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED SINCE 2020"
so they wont fix it
you can fix it yourself
they published the code on github

Got all the way to the heart fight and I still had 2 dragon keys, wtf am i supposed to do about them if not hit up every ? room?

These effects are all equal but some are more equal than the other. I like the ideas in this mod but the cards themselves look kind of tacky.

Decided to give the mod another try, managed to beat the heart very easily on my second playthrough.
The card "Bomb+" helped a lot tho, combined with flight (bullet jump), adaptation, radial blind, reflection + some damage dealers like thermite rounds and toxic barrage.

Was anyone able to beat the heart with this character?
I find that it's very difficult to sustain a lot of damage and deal a lot of damage at the same time. I can't have both at the same time.

Hi there!

I kept considering adding some more stuff to this mod and doing some bugfixing, but as time passes is becoming quite apparent that, as I move to another projects, it's really unlikely that this mod will receive any further improvements. I just wanted to inform you about it.

Thanks to everyone that played it, whether you enjoyed it or not, and specially to all of you that gave your feedback. All in all, making this mod was a great experience.

The character is pretty cool. I do have an annoying issue though, this character's relics are always appearing when i play other modded characters if i have him enabled (doesn't usually happen with other modded relics save for a few mods like the senshi). I don't use the Relic Equalizer either right now. It would be nice to have some option in the config to disable cross character relics if you have the ability to do so, because not only are the relics really strong for other character, they also appear nearly every time, constantly overriding every chest and boss reward.

I know it can be worked around on my side but it'd be nice to not have to, especially if it's not much trouble for you. Thanks.

First off thanks for the patch, love the character a lot.

Issues I've noticed:

* Combo is now sinking the energy cost into the negatives when it can. This doesn't have any effect that I can tell, just purely a visual thing, but thought I'd let you know.

* I found this on the patch prior to this one and was reminded of it again, but there is an Exalted Potion that is not grabbing the right text strings so it reports as MISSING for name/description. When used it upgrades a card in your hand.

Otherwise seems to work great. Keep up the good work man.

Mod has been updated. This solves the crash with combo cards (and some others) since the last character was added. There might still be some things that broke with the last update of the game, so all feedback is useful!

Yeah, the update changed how some things were coded regarding custom variables, so it gives an error now. I've been made aware of the problem and I'm currently working on fixing it. Thanks for reporting it!

Added some new relics to the mod in the form of Arcanes. With this I think the mod is mostly complete, so this is probably the last update I make for it (with the exception of fixes) as I move on to something different. Thanks for playin it!

Having a issue with the dragon keys event. I am running a ton of mods so its likely a conflict but I still want to report. I am able to equip two keys, the bleeding key and the decaying key I believe, it is the one that reduces my block gain by 50%. However on clicking leave the only button left is asking me to to equip the bleeding key and its greyed out, causing a soft lock.

Carrying the Dragon keys will hopefully add a nice enough challenge for those who want it (reducing combo damage should help too), with an extra cool reward if they manage to open the vault (there are a total of 4 different special cards that are only obtainable this way). I decided against the possibility of getting the Dragon Keys in the first act since their effects would be too punishing at the star of game (even for this character), as you don't usually have ridiculously OP card synergies yet.

My initial intention with this mod was to make it fun and to translate that feeling of strength that Warframe gives you, so I'm sorry that it has always been pretty easy to beat. I've been adding some options to make it a little bit harder, but keep in mind that it's not really my main concern.

Pre-holiday vacation update!

The main change is a substantial nerf to the usual OP suspect of Combo mechanic. Now, as long as you are not in easy mode, combo will only multiply damage by x1.5 instead of x2.

The main new thing are the Dragon Keys. If you play Warframe you can probably imagine what this is all about. In Act 2 you will find (it's forced to be the first event you encounter there) a new event that will let you equip one or various of the Dragon Keys, relics that have an strong negative effect on you, but that will let you get some juicy special reward if you can find the door they open (These doors can be found in another new event in Act 3).

Pros:
* Good art
* Nice card styles
* Easy to learn.

Con:
* Too easy, it's really hard to not build a perfect run.
* Too many mechanics: all are good, but there's more than the reasonable ammount of them.

Played recently with this mod again and saw the UI improvements for the Heat and Bleed debuffs. They are great, excellent work :)

So I've dabbled in the rebalanced excalibro but so many of my mod packs are broken strong that it's hard to tell how fair he is as a character. The changes seem good though, so good onya for that.

I've started crashing again, but I've not pinned down the cause yet. Will put more details in that crash forum you mentioned.

My apologies for the confusion. I don't know why I thought that that card was from this mod. I mean, the artwork isn't even the same type. I think that I was confused as it was a back-to-back crash with the one that was actually from this mod. I cannot apologize enough for the issue that wasn't even related to this mod. :(

(From your logs, a possibility is that it tried to make a certain power icon Flash, but that for some reason targeted a power that you didn't have at that moment)

Don't apologize! It's very helpful that you report the crashes. I must admit that I don't have any idea bout this one. It had some null pointer (probably accesing an unexisting index in an array) on Power Apply, but it does not reference an especific power on your log. I also have no idea of how the Ultra Divine Water card works, so it's pretty hard to know if there was a problem in my cards or if it's in the Beaked.

PD: There's a "Report bugs and Crashes here" thread just above this comment section. You should be able to post entire logs there without having to break it into several comments.
