I have an idea, how about this being a weapon instead of a misc, like the manntreads, and its stats would be:

AMAZING- just one thing- It needs to look scarier. More matallic, possibly some wires sticking into spy's skin coming out from the robo-eye. The eye looks around at random times, and looks angry the majority of the time. Excellent job through, Valve, PLEASE add this.
