This is amazing, but, looking at the screenshots, he looks so much skinnier to me. By comparing the TFC model, and TF2 comic, he looked much bigger, like more muscular big, but here, he looks small.

Anyways. Love the model. It is a little bit Overwatch/Fortnite in its art style, but it doesn't clash horribly with the TF2 style.

Not bad at all, but it doesn't "feel" like it's from TF2. Feels like a blend of Overwatch/Fortnite. I think it might have to do with the face, maybe even the eyes. The Medic you did also shares the same problem. Don't get me wrong, they're amazing models but it just feels like something is off.
