Man I wish there were more noodles like Tonkatsu Ramen and others. Especially Ramen. Yum. Right now there are a couple of new recipes but that is it. However, what is there is really well made.

Pasta is made by extruding dough, noodles are made by rolling the dough flat then cutting it, real spaghetti is a form of pasta.
