When my wife and i were in college, there was an art piece on campus by the stadium parking garage that was in the shape of a giant blue heart, with screwdrivers and hammers and things made all over it. We never knew what it was supposed to mean, but it was a fabulously abstract piece of quirkiness that we won't forget. This asset is like a giant blue heart for me. I appreciate it.

Small assets are good, but they shoud come with much reduced effects. E.g. regular statues come with 75, 80 or 100 attractiveness, but take up 25 tiles. A one tile statue should probably have just 5 attractiveness, with an appropriate reduction in costs, of course, but the price per attractiveness point should be more than the stock statue, given the inherent flexibiulity advantages with smaller assets.

You're the only one who's made mods for these areas, especially shrinking the oversized things. Good work.
