Is it possible to make a system with custom channels so that you have to register an aircraft? That would allow different crafts to have the same squwak code.

The one who is doing ATC job should tell people to change squawk code to non-conflicting number and not 1200 for ATC service

Maybe you could also build a AWACS Plane (wich spots atleast planes with transponder or every vehicle wich communicates via radio) with the same technique, would be cool.

Maybe you should make the mission mark the ATC Stations, because not everyone could know where these 2 locations are.

The limitation is you cannot be the ATC at the same time you are flying.
Also when using the XPDR on aircraft, the ATC should tell anyone using code 1200 to change it to code not in used.
