@Pewex - would I have your permission to re-texture this prop with the Italian flag colors for my Little Italy collection? Basically have each pennant alternate colors between green, white and red. If so I would absolutely give you credit in my workshop item.

Hi, you need move it and a mod that allows props to be moved up and down. I think the modern mod for that is "prop anarchy": https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2696146766

However I'm not sure if the mod is still in beta or not.
