I'm waiting until this week's hotfix to the base game fixing some issues with the new modding API additions before updating my mods en masse to the new API (making the game stop to claim they're out of date).

So yes, I will do so soon. But there's no effect caused by doing that or not other than the game stopping to claim a mod is outdated.
