Yes exactly like my previous explanation. I already subscribe the required items, when i plop the store the prop are not showed, because based on loading screen mod the asset is missing even i already subscribe the props.

i'm sorry to tell you that i have same issue. i have subscribed the required items, and already placed the store and the prop isn't showing. and this is what loading screen mod report tells me :

Asset bugs: Workshop assets use private asset (JP Random shop prop 1.JP Random shop prop 1_Data)

i can use the prop by itself by using find it. but the prop wont be appear at the building.

The game is perfectly playable. I have yet to PLACE any of these assets in my current city build. I'm simply repeating what Loading Screen Mod is reporting.

I have subscribed to the JP Random shop prop pack. That's not what the load screen report is indicating. The JP Random shop pack references several PRIVATE versions of the assets in question. It's probably an asset naming issue in the pack.
