Guys I found the solution, If the particles do not spawn or it says script error, then reinstall wiremod and the tornado mod, it worked for me.

this is so unique i love it. i like the interesting way of making a storm instead of just one texture, and how the tornado forming looks so cool, and also the lightning strikes as well. very good addon :D
