fyi you can use this mod without the show hats/hair mod

only HAR is a hard dependency

i use this mod without the show hats/hair and use the NL facial animation mods instead which dont work with the show hats/hair mod

my dragonians load fine, appear fine, and all dragonian events happen as expected
