Pierre: Like smokey said, the links between the road segments, not the long edges. Use PGUP and PGDN to adjust height. If you hold the keys down, it goes faster, but you have to guestimate the height if you are lowering say a walkway over an highway.

Very useful mod. Sometimes you want to trim/nudge something that the game doesn't allow you to do, and this mod allows you to fix it.

Wonderful mod, It still works! ( for me ) Doesn't need an update! FYI Cities Skylines community make sure to let everyone know ( with accurate info and back up ) for you favorite mods to update it or there is conflict with a specific mod ( mods ) or in general :)
