This seems to be incompatible with the Great Works Viewer.

Is the AI capable of using the new great people?

This mod seems to be in conflict with the Unearthed expansion ... having both mods open leads to the relics in Unearthed unable to be viewed under Great Works viewer

Love to see Tolkien added to the game!

Does the mod have GP portraits to go with infixos real GP mod and the stylish version of the mod
briantjack 19 aug 2022 om 18:59
This is a great mod! Have you any plans to add more GP?

I have a dumb and pedantic question, I read on the civ wiki that the great people added on the babylon pack make great works that yield more culture and/or tourism, does this mod change that? (Also if not is there a mod that does that? I haven't been able to find anything on this specific thing)
SeelingCat  [auteur] 17 jun 2021 om 13:04
@DestrockQc - Hmm - it should only be possible to get that bonus once since Ferrari only has one charge; are you by any chance using other mod that affect Great People?
SeelingCat  [auteur] 16 jun 2021 om 17:39
@DestrockQc - Yes there is one atomic-era Great Merchant (Ferrari) that gives +3 gold per Specialty district; there should only be one with that bonus however, although Bill Gates in the information era has a similar effect with production. With such a large bonus, it sounds like you have a huge empire already and/or the bonus is being applied to some districts that it should not be. I'll take a look and see what the issue might be and consider reducing the bonus

Ok, thanks for quick response. I already try them and made AI test without human player.
Most concerns I have about the:
Great People in the game, to be more correct in their particular eras,
Equally Great People: some have been moved, improved, or removed.
SeelingCat  [auteur] 31 mei 2021 om 14:08
@Temida - This mod should work with the others as far as I know, but there may be some duplicates (like 2 Picassos)
Temida 31 mei 2021 om 13:30
Sorry for bothering you, but is this compatible and ok to play with:
Equally Great People by AOM (all six mods)
Yossie's More Great Person by yosxpeee
Real Great Musicians by infxo
RwF Great Theologians by JFD
RwF Great Prophets by JFD
Sumus Magnus - Great People Expansion by Plati

Can you make the Culture victory harder? or tell me how to do it? This will make Tourism much easier to generate, I imagine. Culture and Science are already too easy. eh so is domination. but diff probs for diff days

Great mod but for me it makes the graphics for all the great works glitch out with Heroes and Legends and Monopolies game modes.

@NuDDen - should be!

@SeelingCat Is this mod compatible with RealGreatPeople?

You saved my game. I really appreciate it.

@几乎不上线 - I've added a link to the previous version in the mod description above.

Hello, this is a good mod, that has been working steadily since its installation, but it no longer works with my archives after yesterday's update, and the works in theatres and museums are gone. I'd like to continue this archive. Please tell me where I can find the last version now. Thanks=)

@Mr. Upkeep, All: Updated!
Telruna 29 nov 2020 om 8:37
Any news on an update?
Telruna 19 nov 2020 om 20:38
Thanks for the quick response And also: thank for the mod. I have been enjoying it for a long time now. Take care
SeelingCat  [auteur] 19 nov 2020 om 20:34
@Mr. Upkeep - the only issue will be that there would be two Scott Joplins - I'm hoping to get that patched out in a day or two, but nothing gamebreaking
Telruna 19 nov 2020 om 20:31
Hi! Is this mod compatible with the current update? Firaxis added new Great Person's. Are there conflicts?
Spaghetti For Your Regretti 3 okt 2020 om 22:53
Does this mod work in multiplayer?
Dothsen 19 sep 2020 om 23:48
Any possible way that you could upload something that tells us who exactly the mod adds?
Lucius, the Heavenly Dragon 18 sep 2020 om 18:40
Are more great people still being added? And is it possible to have more great generals per era?
Natia Adano 14 jul 2020 om 9:02
Is it possible to separate the different types of Great People into different mods? (IE One for Musicians, One for Artists, etc...)
VforValentine 3 jul 2020 om 16:58
Heard about this from the comment section of Christopher Tin's Sogno di Volare video. I can see you are a man of culture indeed.
Laurana Kanan 30 mei 2020 om 9:30
@Ritano - John Williams SW theme is already included.
CaiusCeplus 30 mei 2020 om 2:44
Hi ! Maybe you could add John Williams ?
SeelingCat  [auteur] 21 mei 2020 om 9:05
@Rolaran - It should be compatible! I haven't seen anything in the new patch/dlc that would break this. Unfortunately I don't have any plans for separating out different types of GPs, but they are all listed in the files by type so you should theoretically be able to comment out the groups you don't want.
Rolaran 21 mei 2020 om 0:14
2 questions:

1. Is this compatible with the new content?
2. Would it be possible to have a version of this mod that only adds the new Great Writers, Artists and Musicians? I like having the variety they add, but I generally prefer to avoid mods that make non-cosmetic changes to the rules.
SeelingCat  [auteur] 10 feb 2020 om 15:43
@Chthonic Guardian - the only change to Correa in the mod is to move him to the Atomic era, but there may be something interacting unexpectedly - I'll take a closer look and see what I can find. Thanks for reporting!
Neal_Mac 10 feb 2020 om 8:28
Charles Correa - Engineer. he is supposed to raise your city tiles +2, but instead lowers them -2. I have to believe it is this mod, since no one complained about it with the vanilla game.

Bob ross when?

Is this compatible with the September 2019 update?
SeelingCat  [auteur] 9 mei 2019 om 18:24
@rlong9000 - I tried replicating by using the tuner to add a bunch of faith and then buying the GEs. The logs can be found in a file like Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Logs. You may need to enable the net_message_debug.log by changing the 0 to a 1 at "Enable network message logging" in the UserOptions.txt file first, located at Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI. Hopefully there's some clues there because otherwise I'm not sure what sort of incompatibility is arising here unfortunately.
rlong9000 9 mei 2019 om 16:12
@SeelingCat - the anomaly never occurs unless Magnum Opus is in play. I want to be sure you understand that this occurs while I am using every cheat available including Cheat Panel, Cheat Map Editor, AND a Cheat Engine trainer. Typically i am two or three eras ahead of the next AI competitor and I am cornering the market on all GP's for each era by purchasing them with (unlimited) faith on or about the turn I am exiting that era, so this is obviously tot a likely condition one will meet up with in a typical game.

Is there I guide you can direct me to that would enable me to figure out how to retrieve said logs for you?/
SeelingCat  [auteur] 9 mei 2019 om 15:24
@rlong9000 - Hmm that's a very peculiar bug you're describing. I'm unfortunately not able to reproduce the bug on my end (with either Tesla or any of the Industrial-era GEs), so it may be that the mod is conflicting with something else, although I'm not sure what would be causing the issue to be honest. Does the bug still happen even with Magnum Opus disabled? An answer may also lie in the lua.log file, or perhaps even better, the net_message_debug.log
rlong9000 8 mei 2019 om 21:57
@SeelingCat - Originally, I thought perhaps the root of this anomaly was Taino's UA, but after removing Taino o a subsequent Game, Egypt was the beneficiary of this anomaly. So now, I turn to you for any insight you may be able to proffer on this anomaly.

I really enjoy and appreciate Magnum Opus and hope we can find a way to reintroduce it into my gameplay/study. Thanks for everything you add to the game!
rlong9000 8 mei 2019 om 21:56
@SeelingCat - I have experienced one anomaly which I believe may be related to the adjustments this mod makes in the eras in which the GP's debut.

In my case, in which I sandbox an admittedly heavily cheat engine and mod affected game (i'm studying the game dynamics), whilst using unlimited faith to purchase all GP's era by era, upon faith purchasing the first GE of the industrial Era (Tesla, I believe) ALL remaining GP's except GG's and GAd's disappeared from the GP screen. I observed that my neighbor, Taino, still in the Ancient Era, was now suddenly in possession of all the "missing" GP's

SeelingCat  [auteur] 4 mrt 2019 om 7:00
@Senpai Edgelord - Theoretically, I think they should work fine together. If they added any great Musicians and edited the same UI files as this one then only one some music might not play properly.
Decree of Justice 3 mrt 2019 om 9:42
How does this mod work with the Equally Great People mods? Does it add to them, or does this mod conflict with them?
SeelingCat  [auteur] 26 feb 2019 om 16:53
@warhammerfrpgm - it doesn't modify that number - I think that's controlled by map size, but it's something I'll look into
