When you downloaded did it ask if you wanted to replace materials? If so, did you select YES TO ALL? If you clicked NO the model won't work. UnSub, launch SFM and let the iles clear, then resub and wait for the all files downloaded, if you get a Replace materials prompt, select Yes to All. I don't know of any other models using this model name though.
