It just means they use the same texture. It really isn't a problem.

Could you make an addon in the future which replaces the ambulance with the one from 'Nightmare House 2?' Adding some transparent glass to it would be cool too.

It shouldn't be deadly. A few materials are shared between several addons but nothing detrimental.
