Are you sure that you didn't just expect migration to work when it shouldn't have?
Because the chance of any achievement compatible mod accidentally stopping migration with an unreproducible bug is a hell of a lot less than that of a random mod user coming to an erroneous conclusion.
@GabeC1997 Weird is when you hear a rumor of a Bigfoot riding a unicorn, while THIS is just plain unbelievable.
Went through every mod and disabled it one at a time, then I booted up started a new game and migration only started working with slot locked disabled. Once migration was broken it didn't matter how many mods I disabled I couldn't get migration to come back on.
Thing is I can't replicate it now. I've still got the save file (same problem). I dunno maybe the worm blessed me or something? I'm glad it was just random because vanilla RED is a little obnoxious.
Check your other mods. This mod is literally one picture, it can't disable migration even if it tried.
(or send me your savefile, that would certainly be a very unique bug)
I thought it was just a UI problem with the migration not displaying correctly but no planet has any immigration or emmigration influence with this mod on.
