yeah you really need to fix the smoothing groups.

I think you need to go back into your software and set all the normals one this to smooth my friend :)

Did you use welded edges? I think that's what they call it.... It makes the edges look smooth.

On your texture for month I can actual see different pixeles on it. Another thing your bear could use some kind eye on it.
