#SrPolainas, you can play online.
Only addon that may corrupt online gameplay is "The Ultimate Realistic Apocalypse Mod", which need to be installed for every player (Your friends etc.), or you can simply unsubscribe from it or play on servers without this addon.

Because it not that different that original, just better quality of clothes and more-like-human skin color.
You can take screenshots from original and compare it with High Res. version.

Yes I saw that after reading, sorry. It makes sense. I have one more question : why can't i see the High resolution textures for common zombies ? Is there something special to do ?

It doesn't work for me.. I have no more HUD i can't see my life, weapons etc. Please help.
