It is flagged as such so that it may be used in either vanilla or wotc. It it was configured primarily for wotc, it would not run in vanilla. As it stands, it should work in both.

I've got a few sound files for Pyrrha and Winter. Depends on what I feel like getting up to over winter break. Also, I don't watch Star Wars Rebels, and I'm not about to sit through several seasons just to extract sound files, so sorry. You could always make it yourself, or ask someone on r/xcom2modding.
