this should be great for city drive (or at least my version of city drive that I created after the real one broke by using a decompiler to edit the assembly C# dll file to move the camera to the location of any vehicle that I hit the focus button on, LOL).

On the building version of the vehicle, there's some bits of concrete under the tyres. Also, turning it on/off doesn't seem to switch the position of stearing wheel (not to mention the 'building switched off' bubble appearing over the car).

A really great asset!
But I noticed that the car brakes way to late (it is running through other stopping cars or through already closed railway barriers). It seems that its your acceleration/brake stats (0,5/0,5). I had to change it to the usual 1/2 with AVO, I suggest you should do that in general.
But anyway, an amazing vehicle.
