I don't about about the AE but maybe a custom opinion modifier that worsens relations by a significant amount.

Nice mod, I have a suggestion though, since scorched earth is a big deal now, maybe every time oyu do it, it gives a tiny bit of aggressive expansion and/or negative opinion for neighbouring countries?

Just because it says its outdated doesn't mean it won't work, I just forgot to update the .mod files that is all.

Thank you for fixing the AI thing I have not noticed that it was this mod doing it. Russia attacked this 4 province nation and lost because of it. Well now that its fixed I can use it.

I did this test in 1444 as Scotland declared war on England. Disbanded my army. The Ai's armys didn't even crossed my border and just stood there.
