@Merkeln: Strange that it pops up as growable as it is set as ploppable. I am not sure if recent game updates have changed anything to it.

Sadly its spawning as growable all around the city. I don't know if this was intended but it happen to me

@N2J, I left out the color variation option on this building to keep it the "original" look. I am planning to make more general buildings with color variation options in the future.

Very good model! But there seems to be something wrong with the color map, changing the color doesn't work for me.
