How did you get this huge map to only be 25 MBs and still manage to not make the textures look super compressed? Great job! I like the layout too, and it has a unique environment.

It's a nicely designed map with a good base layout, but you can improve on some parts.
The apartments that are easily accessible as T side can be good for sniping but only really watch over T spawn and the mid section.
The streets are quite simple and may need some additional parked cars along the walkways.
You should also add some mode details to the buildings as they are just textures on a flat wall. I understand that you are not a professional but this may be worth learning.
I suggest you also get some more sniper spots and cut down the apartment accessed from T spawn and then you will have a fantastic map.
