Thank you for pointing this out, I downloaded it and checked it out. It is indeed the same exact .bsp. I left him a comment and reported it.
Just letting you know, because it looks like a ripoff of your map.
I played this not too long ago before it made the front page. It is easy to point out that is does look like inferno in some places, but that is only because of the models used in the SDK. It's actually a large map IMO and somewhat confusing, but the mapper kept it clean and no-nonsense, which is always important. Craftsmanship aside, it would be nice of you to push in some of the surrounding areas and include some atmospheric props to give your areas more character.
Its a must have for sure.
