They literally can do nothing to you because the map uses assets from packs, they have no copyright to this, they have no "legal" grounds to get you on if you decompile and mod it, the *most* they can do is try to take down whatever version you upload, and steam won't listen to their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ if you change it enough lmao.

Well, I've been looking through which mods of mine I'll keep and what I'll uninstall, and the fact that this FORCES you to use certain skins now and you're "not allowed" to decompile and modify it under 'threat' of legal action (as if you know what I'm doing with my own clientside files? lmao) has made the choice pretty easy.

i think adding the extra skins for sides not only do you have to create the map (awesome) but you go the extra step by making skins and modding them into the game

i like this map because the fog looks realistic,

on the beta branch you can change the skins (at least from what I tested you can)

That's no excuse, why sacrifice customizability and freedom for the sake of playing with skins you believe are fitting? The least they could've done was provide a version without forcefully changing the player skins. What's the point of having maps and mods if you're not allowed to use the mods you want on a certain map?

This is a two-year old map, with the owner having little to no activity in Ravenfield.
You can't blame him for not providing the map with default skins for your own choice, and it shouldn't be his problem either.

absolutely terrible experience. map used to be fun, but now im forced to use these stupid skins i didnt ask to use. If i could be able to use my custom skins, it would be a 10/10 map. Now its a 0/10. Dumbest decision ever. If we wanted to use ww1 skins we would install them ourselves. At least provide a version of the map without the skins

its all fun and games until you hear shotguns being pumped and "over there"

and lots more detail in the trenches like bunker areas and support trenches with bots that stay in that area until you give a command to attack

i have learnt what skins correlates to what team and now this is extremely enjoyable and hoping for lots more trench maps like the battle of the somme or ypres

I love this map, but in certain areas there's this extremely annoying smashing glass sound on constant repeat. Makes it really difficult to play

hey i have a question when i played it the artillery thing doubled and it was weird idk if it is my pc or it was the mod.

It's cool and highly detailed, but too easy to get killed and not as good as it seems.
