There is a exploit where anyone can cause anyone on a server to start acting if they can run client side lua due to a beginers mistake of having the player send their entity instead of using the one the server passes the net function.. (Via hacks.)

Like in the description said: You can use it by binding a key to ttt_act ( "bind [your key] ttt_act " ). Than a pie menu shows up and you can select an act and watch yourself acting in third person.
I don't see the use of binding it to a fix key for everyone since the fixed key would not match everyone's desires.

Hey! I've created a little hotfix for this add-on to work again with TTT2. There was a bug preventing the selection circle to be created. If you want me to delete my workshop upload, please tell me! I just needed the fix asap. :D

You could add a pull request for this feature here: https://github.com/FreshGarry/TTT-Act It shouldnt be that hard if you are kind of into programming. Be sure to add a convar and the possibility to change the setting in the settings tab in the F1 menu if u want to add it.

where:
key = the bound key to ttt_act
and function = a serverside cvar

hey, could u implement an funktion that only opens the ttt_act menu while a key is beeing hold down and if released with the mouse over an action it would execute that action. Like in PubG it was i think.

I am not sure about that. You could just try it. I only tested it in ttt gamemode.

Hey again, I have a request for you: Some of the music/sounds are a bit on the loud side. I was wondering if you might be able to add a volume slider to your settings GUI, or short of that, a mute option. Apart from the loudness, it has been super fun to use!

Love this addon, it's really good! I did run into a small bug. If you do an action just before the round ends, you will be frozen in the third person view until the countdown completes. Not a big problem, but thought I should point it out.

Danke! Ich Versuche den Fehler gleich beheben. Das mit dem abbrechen wäre ein Traum, da ich nur über den Act Befehl in der Konsole arbeite da ich in gmod nicht gefunden habe , wie das funktioniert implementiert ist.

Hey, ich hab das Addon grad mal ausprobiert und es sieht echt cool aus :) Allerdings bekomme ich einen Fehler, wenn ich die Animation starte: die Schriftart wird nicht gefunden (das wird allerdings behoben, wenn man gleichzeitig TTT Sprint aktiviert hat). Also solltest du einfach die Font Initialisierung davon kopieren können ;) Achso und ich kann dir gern beim Abbrechen der Animationen helfen.

Nochmal der genaue Fehler:

[TTT Act] lua/includes/modules/draw.lua:65: 'HUDFont' isn't a valid font

Wenn das für alle acts gilt dann liegt es wahrscheinlich daran, das der Hook, der es erlaubt acts auszuführen nicht tut. Ich schaue mir den Code nacher einmal an. Aber probier dich bitte, ob es wenn alle anderen addons deaktiviert sind tut. Ich schätze dass ein anderes addon daran schuld ist.
