This is my favorite of the growable factories you put in the workshop.

@Tassadar: It works completely like the normal industry zones you add in game. So yes, it pollutes. It comes with no RICO settings if that's what you mean.

@AmiPolizeiFunk: Yup they're color variations. The greyish one is the base and then the others are just applied on top of it. Here's how the color mask looks: https://i.imgur.com/EZrlk5m.png
For the European Suburbia I had the lines between the bricks be darker, so less color was applied there so they stayed mostly grey. Works pretty well for color variation on bricks, but it can be tricky to get the colors right since the lighting in the asset editor isn't great. :P
