Just open C:\Users\[YOURUSERNAME]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod\nap_friends.mod using notepad and add the following line at the bottom:
dependencies = { "A Game of Thrones" }
Credit to @Suraru who made a similar comment on Sep 6, 2018 for making this compatable with Elder Kings.
There are zero conflicting files, so I doubted incompatibility. If you were having issues getting this to work with EK (The option not showing up) it's probably because EK replaces a lot of folders being an overhaul mod, so if it's loaded after FNAP, FNAP's files won't load.
To ensure FNAP loads after EK, just open C:\Users\[YOURUSERNAME]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod\nap_friends.mod and add the line:
dependencies = { "Elder Kings" }
This will ensure it's loaded after Elder Kings, which will allow it to work without problems.

delete that code. might be different for CK2
or just accept the fact ai can use this, but it doesn't really cause iissues.
Personally I would classify them as "friend" :p
There's a friend mod out there so you can make people your friends with high enough relations. Helps with roleplay in my opinion. :)
